A beautiful landscaped walkway leads to the main entry from the parking area. The bright, open kitchen greets you, with maple cabinets, ample counter space, and lovely hardwood floors. A small breakfast nook to the right enjoys a partial lakeview and has seating for 4 at the dinette table. This open floor plan leads directly into a spacious living room, where a beautiful stone, gas fireplace and comfortable furnishings guarantee romantic evenings watching the sun set.

The large, lakeview master bedroom offers a queen bed and cathedral ceilings, ceiling fan, cable TV, and a full bath with walk in shower. A second bedroom behind the kitchen is ideally set up for children, with two single beds and a generous closet. An additional bedroom in the rear offers a queen size bed and cable TV. Both of these rooms share a full bath with shower, located off the kitchen area.

An enclosed sunroom faces the lake, featuring vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, and wrap around picture windows. A sliding glass door leads out to a large wooden deck overlooking the lakefront, with patio furniture and an umbrella for enjoying outdoor meals.

A spacious, concrete patio sits right at the waters edge. The table and chairs provided are perfect for sunning and watching the lakeside activities. Enjoy a day of fishing off the dock, or take a swim in the cool waters to escape the summer heat!

Located just 4 miles from downtown Canandaigua, Paradise Point is centrally located to area attractions, fine dining, wineries, and fabulous shopping!
