Description

Just up the path from the private deeded swimming beaches, this charming 2 bedroom cottage was purchased by artists in September 04 and has been completely renovated and refurbished. There are hard-wood floors in the living room, new rugs in the bedrooms and freshly laid tiles in the bathrooms. The space has been carefully decorated and highlights special touches to ensure comfort.

You will find everything you need: a washer and dryer, a loaded kitchen, a DVD player, 2 televisions with cable and a canoe for your use. The back-yard features a picnic table and chairs along with a brand new gas grill.

In the master bedroom (playfully decorated as the Tiki room) there is a full bed and adjoining bathroom. There are 2 twin beds in the bright and lively 2nd bedroom and a ½ bathroom in the back of the property. You will certainly enjoy the lovely enclosed front porch which highlights a day bed for relaxing or sleeping. The new living room sofa is a pull-out queen.

Have a wonderful respite in this "home away from home." One of the most affordable choices for vacationing on Canandaigua Lake.
