Or lounging in a hammock tucked under the trees after a refreshing swim in the area's most spectacular lake. Savor magnificent sunsets as you prepare dinner on the spacious first floor deck with a state-of-the-art Jenn-Air grill and dine under the stars. Entry from the rear into a spacious foyer with first floor Master Suite located to the right and a large laundry room to the left. Walk through the foyer into the open kitchen, dining and living space that overlooks the lake. Bedroom 2 is located off the left of the kitchen space and a full bath is located to the right.
Modern kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, including a stove with six burners and a standard/convection oven combination, Corian countertops and tile floor. Open dining and living room that lead to the first floor deck where you can enjoy BBQ's and lake views.
Second floor Master Suite contains vaulted ceilings, a King bed and gas fireplace. Walk out to the private balcony overlooking the lake, unpack in the spacious walk-in closet and enjoy the convenience of the full bath with marble walk-in shower.
The lower level consists of 3 bedrooms, a full bath and a family room with gas fireplace, in-formal furniture, a mini breakfast table and patio doors that lead outside to the lower level patio where the hot tub is.
Meander down the lawn to the sun deck and enjoy your morning cup of coffee as you watch the early morning fishermen. In the evenings enjoy a fire in the firepit and roast marshmallows as the fireflies dance across the lawn and over the water.
The Chosen Place is located just 15 minutes outside of Canandaigua where you can visit Historic Downtown, The NYS Wine & Culinary Center, Sonnenberg Gardens, Granger Homestead or take in the races on Saturday night at the local dirt track.
Fifteen minutes south and you will be in Naples, home of the world-famous Grape Pie. Just south of Naples into Cohocton you can see the majestic newly constructed wind farm that features 50 towering wind mills.
Skiing and snow boarding are just 20 minutes away at Bristol Mountain.
