Description
Still Waters provides 1800 sq feet of living space and is located at the peaceful and natural southern end of Canandaigua Lake. This fully remodeled and upgraded waterfront cottage has all the charm of the past and all the comforts of today.
The first floor has ample living space with a cozy enclosed back porch, 1/2 bathroom, eat in kitchen and amply sized living room. Off the front is a screened porch equipped for both outside dining and relaxing, and sits just feet from the waterfront providing a fantastic intimate view of Canandaigua Lake.
The second floor is for made for sleeping, with 4 cottage size bedrooms and a second full bathroom equipped with a tub/shower combo.
There are 55 linear feet of beach adjoining the lake with mostly breakwall and some gradual entry for wading. Swimming can be weedy off this breakwall but a paddle boat and canoe are provided to take you out into the lake for excellent swimming.
For nature lovers, this property looks out over a nature preserve abundant with fish and wildlife, many different plant species and an internal canal system that can be accessed by the boats provided. For comfort, Still Waters has window air conditioning in some rooms, a gas range, washer/dryer, internet, satellite television, water filtration, telephone, fire pit, fireplace and more. This property is on a quiet dead end cottage road and relaxation awaits you here.
