Description

Enjoy the beauty and serenity of Canandaigua Lake from Eagles Cove. Named after an adult nesting pair of bald eagles, this vacation home is located near a wildlife management area at the south eastern end of the lake. Explore the area in the paddleboat, or bring your own kayak or canoe. There are also plenty of hiking trails nearby, adn you can even enjoy the scenery and nature while biking or walking along peaceful Sunnyside Drive.

The level, grassy lawn leads to two entry doors on either side of the home. A wall of sliding glass doors overlooking the lake catches your attention as soon as you enter the home. The living room, with wood burning fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating, and large, flat screen TV, runs along the western end of the home. Two ceiling fans over this area provide plenty of air circulation, and you'll want to open the sliding doors to let in lots of fresh lake air. An open kitchen area with center island and warm wood cabinets shares the back of the home, along with a roomy dining area adn full bathroom with shower.

Three bedrooms are located off a center hallway upstairs. At the top of the stairs is the stylish Master Bedroom, which has access to the half bath, which you can also access from the hallway. The second bedroom features a double bed, and a beautiful lake view! The third bedroom features a a bunk set with 2 double beds.

A large lake view deck offers slpendid views of the water, and a small grassy lawn provides space for the kids to play. A firepit is available for your nighttime marshmallow roasting.

Parking for up to 3 cars is available on the gravel parking lot directly behind the house.

Directly across the lake is the Woodville public boat launch, as well as an ice cream shop and restaurant featuring outdoor dining. Just 6 miles away is the quaint village of Naples, well known for its Grape Festival, wineries, shops, and restaurants.
