Description

The Landing is a tastefully decorated lakeside cottage, making it the perfect home base for your grown-up getaway. This beautiful cottage is conveniently located next to a marina which offers boat and jet ski rentals. A canoe is tied up to the private, permanent dock for nature lovers to enjoy the West River, a nearby wild life preserve. The new paver patio with lush landscaping is a great place to sit, relax and sip a glass of wine.

When you enter the cottage from the lakeside, there is a screen porch with a wicker dining area to the right and seating area to your left. Next is an open foyer with a small sitting area and a baby grand piano. To the left you will find a serene master bedroom with a queen bed.

The spacious kitchen provides new, modern appliances, and is adjacent to the well-appointed dining room. To the right of the kitchen is a family/living room overlooking the lake with a small deck and seating area. Also found on the first floor is a full bathroom with shower. Hardwood floors are located throughout. Central air and heat ensures a good night’s sleep.

There is digital cable as well as a fast-speed internet connection. The cellular phone reception is strong, so you will never be far from reach.

Upstairs you will find a sizeable loft bedroom with two double beds and a lake view writing desk, perfect for writing your postcards to friends and family back home. Windows at each end of the loft provide comfortable cross ventilation.

The quaint town of Naples is just four miles south of the Landing, providing you with an art consignment gallery, dining, grocery shopping, wine tasting, summer theater, tea room and golf. Can you think of a better way to end a fun-filled day than with a nice dinner? The Sawmill and Poor Richards are within walking distance, providing casual dining for your pleasure. The Brown Hound offers fine dining just a few miles up the road in Bristol Springs.
