This home is all “About Fun”! Located on the west side of Conesus Lake, this year round, 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath home allows guests to enjoy the ambiance of the Finger Lakes.

The large, level, road side lawn leads to the back porch, which features comfortable shady spots to sit and relax - relaxation and fun are what it’s all about here.

From the back porch, you enter into the open Kitchen and Dining Room. Plenty of seating is available in the dining room. The large, country table folds out to seat ten people and four more can sit at the breakfast bar nearby. The kitchen features everything a gourmet cook could want - plenty of counter space, dishwasher, and open views of the lake, living room, dining room, and family room. That way, even if it’s your night to do dishes you won’t be left out of anything.

To the right of the dining room is the Lake Room. This area offers plenty of comfortable furniture with 2 full size sofas, TV, stereo system, large window with seating that overlooks the lake and a gas fireplace for those crisp fall nights and cold winter days.

Just on the other side of the kitchen is the Living Room. Stylish new furniture, a second gas fireplace, Plasma TV, and french doors to the lake make this the perfect place to entertain friends and family. Another great feature of this room is the game corner. This area offers wall shelves stocked with games and DVDs and a game table with seating for six.

Located to the left of the kitchen is a Half Bathroom, a second entry door to the back porch, and the stairway leading to the second floor. For those warmer fall days, there is air conditioning available on the 2nd floor.

On the 2nd floor you will find 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath. All bedrooms are appointed with a telephone, CD/clock radio, oscillating fan and small hamper for your dirty clothes. Pillows, quilts and blankets are also provided for each bed.

The 1st bedroom at the top of the stairs is the “Arts and Crafts Room”. This room features a full size bed and is decorated in warm, earth-tones.

The 2nd bedroom is the “Merlot Room”, which features a Queen size bed and is decorated in black & white toile. This bedroom also has a TV with DVD player.

The 3rd bedroom is the “Bunk Room”. This space offers a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and single on the top. The bed also has built-in shelving, a cupboard and a cedar drawer. Decorated in shades of blue this room also includes an MP3 player.

The 4th bedroom is the “Master Bedroom”, featuring a King size bed, 26” HDTV, DVD player, leather arm chairs, air conditioner and a balcony with a bistro set so you can enjoy the views of the lake at any time of day or night. You can also enter the full bathroom directly from the Master.

The Full Bathroom is off the hallway and offers a stand up shower with a rain shower shower head and a stackable washer & dryer.

The outdoors of this wonderful vacation getaway offers plenty of fun too. 70' of natural lake frontage provides plenty of room for your group to relax and enjoy this beautiful lake. A 50' dock is left in the water for most of the fall provided the weather is good.

A hot tub, outdoor shower, two-person hammock, propane grill and lakeside fire pit round out the outdoor amenities. This property also provides plenty of tables, chairs and benches for outdoor dining and relaxing.

This home is located just one mile south of the Conesus Lake Wildlife Management Area, which offers plenty of bird and wildlife watching. A pair of Bald Eagles has been spotted nesting here, so be sure to bring your binoculars! Geneseo is just a short, 7 mile drive up Maple Beach Road. Here you will find plenty of places to dine, shop, and entertain the kids. Miniature golf, batting cages, movie theaters and more can be found here. Be sure to stop by the Visitor Center for more information on the area.

Located within 15 minutes of Letchworth and Stoney Brook State Parks, so you’ll want to pack a picnic and head out for an afternoon of enjoying the beautiful fall colors! Bristol Mountain Ski Resort is less than 30 miles away and offers Fall Sky Rides to the top of the mountain in the fall and great skiing in the winter. Be sure to head down to the quaint village of Naples for lunch and shopping. Don’t forget to pick up a grape pie while you’re in town! The 30 minute drive from Rochester makes Conesus Lake extremely appealing to all. You can drive the family and friends up to see a professional baseball or soccer game right in downtown Rochester. Plenty of museums, festivals, concerts, and every type of shop and restaurant can be found here. Be sure to check the local event calendars to find out what bands are playing in town, especially at the “Garden Vibes” concert series located on the lawn of the George Eastman House. If the kids are looking for a little more excitement, Seabreeze Amusement Park, Seneca Park Zoo, and Strong Museum of Play are also located in Rochester.
