Description
Built in 2002, Sun Kissed is a warm and welcoming vacation home. Wonderful for couples travelling together or families looking to enjoy the Finger Lakes Region.
Easy access into the home from the parking area, just one step gets you in the door. Open vistas, lots of windows, cool, rich colored walls and an interior designed décor greets you. Step into the open living room/dining area, with open kitchen to the left. Modern kitchen with all the appliances, and half bath with laundry facilities make for convenient living. Dining room offers seating for 6, with a gas fireplace for evening or cold weather ambiance. Comfortable, well- padded couch and chairs makes movie watching on the TV fun.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom 1 hosts a Queen sized bed, private balcony with lake view. Forest green walls are accented by morning sun-light. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the balcony as you watch the birds from the nearby Montezuma Wildlife Preserve float over the water looking for their breakfast.
Bedroom 2 has Twin beds, perfect for children. Large closet and dresser makes for no-hassle unpacking. View overlooks the back driveway.
There is a heated Guest House with a third bedroom, full bath and small kitchen area.
Sunsets, meals, watching lake activity can be enjoyed from multi-level decks on the front of the main house or on the patio area in front of the bungalow. The large lake front yard has areas of sun and shade, so enjoy sunbathing, yard games, picnics, bird watching, or snoozing in the shade.
Fish off the dock, rent a boat or jet ski, or swim in the water. Four steps lead into the natural, walk-in water front. Children can splash and play and enjoy themselves.
Local attractions include Finger Lakes Wine Trails, Waterloo Premium Outlet Shopping, The Women’s Right Museum in Seneca Falls, NY Canals, restaurants and pubs, Montezuma Wildlife Preserve and much more…
