Create lasting memories at this cozy, yet spacious, 4 bedroom lake home on the West side of Cayuga Lake! With plenty of fun and relaxing amenities to choose from, you¡¦re sure to have the lakeside vacation you¡¦ve been wishing for.

The entrance to the home is located on the lakeside deck, which has a nice wide ramp along side the home, for easy access. Enter the home into the cozy living room and dining room, featuring a large, new dining table. The spacious kitchen is open to the living room and dining room. The kitchen features plenty of cupboard and counter space for storage, and preparing meals. A full bath featuring a new shower with built in seating is located just off the kitchen. The washer and dryer are also conveniently located in this bathroom. All four bedrooms are located just down the hallway.

Lakeside is where you will be spending most of your time on those warm summer days! The deck offers a variety of seating with tables and chairs, and the grill is conveniently located on the deck as well. Take advantage of the 2 paddleboats or the canoe and enjoy the scenery of Cayuga Lake! Relax and float along on one of the swim floats, or take a little cat nap in the hammock! The permanent dock allows for you to tie up your boat, or to sit at the end and dangle your feet in the water. Two, shallow, gradual entrances to the lake are on either side of the break wall; perfect for children or those who just like to wade in the water.

Travel down the Cayuga Lake scenic byway and stop and shops, ice cream parlors, wineries, and great restaurants while you take in the beautiful views! This is the perfect vacation spot for families and friends alike, so book your vacation today!

My sister's family and my family just stayed at this property - 3513 Johnny's Lane Road (Cayuga Lake) this past weekend and we were pleasantly surprised at the property.

The cottage was much bigger than the pictures on the website and had EVERYTHING we could ask for ¡V great swimming/fishing area, (2) paddle boats, wonderful grill for outdoor cooking, fire pit and friendly neighbors. We had a fabulous vacation and have already talked about booking again next year. Our kids were not happy packing up and having to leave.

I have rented many times before from your office for wine tour weekends and have always had clean, well-kept properties and this one was the same. You never know by looking at a website if you are going to get what you see on it but you have never disappointed us.
