Description

Great Family Reunion or Wedding Location! On the north east shores of Cayuga Lake, near the Montezuma Wildlife Preserve, this large family home offers sleeping for 20 guests year-round.

This property features two levels of living space. The first floor includes a large eat-in kitchen with lake view and direct walk out to the first floor deck. A full bath is located in the hallway, with a shower/tub combo, across from the laundry room and half bath. The living room at the end of the hall has a beautiful new electronic fire place with remote, two sleeper sofas, Direct TV, SONY Remote 450 watt Stereo Sound Unit w/iPod & MP3 Docking & DVD Player – this is a great movie room! Two good sized bedrooms are located off the living room and are nicely appointed with coordinated bedding for the new Queen bed and the two single beds.

The second floor has a full bathroom with shower/tub combo and his and her sinks, a spacious bedroom with king bed, double futon, and a private lake view balcony, a smaller bedroom with a 4-poster queen bed, and an oversized bedroom in the rear with private balcony, two queen beds and double futon. A computer desk is in the lakefront bedroom. The two large bedrooms on the second floor have cabled TV, CD players, AM/FM stereos, DVD players and ceiling fans.

Walk outside, off the kitchen, on to the back deck. A new hot tub has just been installed for your enjoyment.

An extensive, level yard leads to over 100’ of lakefront. A new beach area is being finished. The large shared dock over the water is 15'x75', and a dock extension in the middle provides bumpers and boat cleats for tying off boats. A large campfire pit is located near the dock and is a great spot for evening entertaining. Just three doors to the north is a local marina where you can launch your boat and fill up on gasoline. Located on the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail and close to the NYS thruway, Seneca Falls, Waterloo Premium Outlets. The town of Auburn is 7 miles away.

Note: More upgrades are underway for later this year...a new 1/2 bath will be installed on the second floor, a new pavaillion by the lakefront will be installed this year w/added gas BBQ.
