Nestled in a wooded cove, this upscale three story log home sits at the water's edge on Keuka's quiet "Bluff". A year round property, Timber Lodge is perfect for summer family gatherings, fall wine tasting tours, spring fishing trips, or a cozy winter getaway. Featuring a fantastic wrap around porch and lower lakeside deck, the views from this property are exceptional.

Included are many of the comforts of home. First floor includes a large kitchen with dishwasher, dining room with walk-out to covered, wrap around porch, and spacious living room with ample furniture, TV/VCR/DVD, and magnificent lakeviews.

The second floor offers three bedrooms, two with king beds and ample closet space, and a full bath with shower/tub combo.

The lower level features a separate sleeping area with two single beds, sitting area with TV,/VCR/DVD, and sleeper sofa and futon for additional sleeping. To the rear are a small kitchenette with sink and refrigerator and a full bath with shower. Both the sleeping area and the sitting room have magnificent lake views and direct access to the lakefront. Note: Sleeping area is separated by the staircase only; no door.

With over 125 feet of private lake frontage, swimming is excellent, beach fires are allowed and two docks are provided. This quiet setting makes this the perfect loaction for a relaxing vacation. Available for responsible guests only! This property accommodates 12 people, 3-4 cars and large gatherings are NOT permitted.
