This is a great vacation home to enjoy Spring, Summer or Fall! This remarkable lake house was recently built in 2004 and is just steps away from the beach. It offers outstanding opportunity for fishing, sparkling lake views, or an array of brilliant fall foliage color!

Upscale, all new furnishings, appliances and a variety of amenities make this the ideal choice for your next vacation. Located along the Keuka Lake Wine Trail this home incorporates a grape and wine décor on the interior.

The large 750 square foot wrap around deck on this home features a 3 person swing, perfect for enjoying lake views. Listen to the birds sing and enjoy watching our colorful feathered friends as they visit the bird feeder on the deck. The deck also offers side entry to the first floor of the home. Immediately to the right is a roomy full bathroom, and the open hallway to the kitchen offers a coat closet for your beach towels, flip flops, and any other items needed for a day on the water. The large, bright, white kitchen has all new appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for 4, which opens to the dining room with formal seating for 8. The kitchen and dining room overlook the new terraced gardens tucked behind the home. The open living room has two sets of sliding glass doors leading to the spacious lake view deck, as well as an additional door for front entry to the home. A propane Vermont Casting stove fireplace, television, DVD player, and well-stocked bookshelf offer plenty to do on a rainy day. There’s even a comfortable oversized armchair next to the fireplace that is just the place to cuddle up with a good book while still enjoying the great views of the lake.

The walk out, mostly finished basement has been freshly painted in the Spring and offers a rec room and office room with additional sleeping.

A stairway off the living room takes you upstairs to three bedrooms and two large full bathrooms. A full bathroom with washer and dryer is the first room to the right at the top of the stairs. Next you will find your first bedroom with fresh country décor and views of the beautifully terraced perennial garden. The second bedroom is the Master with attached private bathroom, television, DVD, ceiling fan and large picture windows to enjoy those lake views. The third bedroom also has a lake view, and offers a double bed and nautical décor. Be sure to look in the closet, which is well stocked with plenty of board games and puzzles. Central air conditioning upstairs ensures that everyone will sleep well during the hot summer nights.

A stairway down takes you to a living room with double futon, TV/VCR and a lounge. Enjoy the 100 VCR tape library. The gas fireplace insures cozy cuddling for cool Spring evenings or for Fall leaf-peepers. The office next door has two bunk beds the kids will really enjoy, and also includes a TV. It stays nice and cool here!

A covered gravel patio under the deck with flower garden planters is just the spot to sit in the shade and enjoy your view of the lake. Cuddle up with your sweetheart as you sip a glass of wine on the 2 person swing. Just across the lakefront road is 60 feet of natural, walk-in waterfront. Also provided is a cement deck with outdoor patio furniture, colorful Adirondack chairs and bunkhouse/changing room. There is a refrigerator at the bunkhouse to keep your refreshments cold and be close at hand for lakefront parties and gatherings around the fire pit! Take a slow cruise along the shoreline in the aluminum rowboat provided for your use. The brand new 63 foot dock with step down for a boat adds to the lakeside living space of this wonderful vacation home.

If you like hiking, Lake Stone has 10 wooded acres directly behind the house which goes up the hill between two ravines laced with creeks. At the top of the hill is a scenic vineyard. It is approx 1 hr nature walk each way.

Lake Stone is a great vacation home for 2-3 families to enjoy summer fun! There is great fishing, either by boat or off the brand new dock! Enjoy the Fall Foliage and Grape Harvest at the wineries. For whatever reason, this is the 5-Star vacation spot that offers it all at a very reasonable price!
