“House is exceptionally well stocked and comfy, and was spotlessly clean. Relax in this bright, recently redecorated lakeside home. One step up from the driveway to the deck makes unpacking the car a breeze.

With an open cathedral ceiling over the kitchen, livingroom and dining area, this home remains cool even on those hot summer days.

The newly remodeled kitchen has oak wood cabinets, a dishwasher, gas rangetop, oven, frig with freezer, 3 person island eating counter and tile flooring.

The living room features a gas fireplace, air conditioner, large screen tv, and cozy overstuffed furnishings. The dining table seats 6 comfortably. Sliding glass doors off the living area leads to the upper deck where you can cook on the BBQ grill and enjoy meals outdoors on the patio furniture.

Directly off the kitchen in a full bath with stand-up oversized shower, sink, commode and linen closet.

The downstairs bedroom is spacious with a queen sized bed, modern wood dresser, lovely stained glass lamp, overhead fan, and large closet.

Up the stairs you will find a loft with a queen sized bed, writing desk, dresser, closet and chair.

The lower level features a full/twin bunk combination, a full sized futon, and entertainment center with TV/VCR/DVD. A small game table or eating table provides additional seating. Also on the lower level is a half bath with washer and dryer.

Double doors off the lower bedroom leads to the lower deck with a picnic table and chairs. A gradually sloped yard extends to the dock, where everyone can enjoy access to the lake. Rent a boat or bring your own and house it in the boat hoist.

Located within walking distance to the Switzerland Inn, which has excellent food and live music on the weekends during the summer season. Just minutes away from the small town of Hammondsport for historic downtown shopping and ice-cream. Start your wine tour at Ravine's Winery just across the road - your memories of a wonderful vacation on Keuka Lake will start right here!
