The children’s bedroom to the north features two single beds as well as a Queen futon and TV with DVD/VCR. All bedrooms have electric baseboard heat. A handy door located between the two rooms allows parents to keep an eye on the children at bedtime.

The beautiful bathroom with ceramic tiles, electric heat, large Jacuzzi bathtub, new commode and vanity is just off the hallway across from both bedrooms. A stackable washer and dryer is located in the closet for your laundering needs during vacation.

The exterior features include 111' of natural beach and retaining wall in front of the cottage and a large dock to moor your boat. Walk across the wooden bridge and enjoy the firepit for evening campfires and roasting s'mores. Water depth is gradual for excellent swimming, and young children can enjoy playing on the beach at the north side of the property. The spacious and comfortable covered porch overlooking the lake is equipped with a swing, table and chairs, and comfortable wicker furniture that invites you to relax and dine outside where the views of the lake morning, noon, and night are always spectacular!

This home is located just minutes away from Penn Yan with all its conveniences (gas stations, grocery stores, farmers’ markets, drugstores, marinas, restaurants on and off the lake, park and go-kart racing). However, it’s off the main road on Lower West Lake in a quiet area and directly on the lake.

It’s located right off the Keuka and Seneca Wine Trails and near the popular Windmill Farm and Craft Market with over 200 vendors. Stop by Seneca Farms for some homemade ice cream or pie and check out their fresh fruit and veggies, too.
