Description
The recently updated main house features a new second floor kitchen, a first floor kitchenette with laundry and two large living rooms overlooking the lake. The second floor has two bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, living room, full kitchen and a breathtaking lakeview deck for outdoor dining. This floor walks out to road level and is limited mobility friendly.
The first floor consists of a Master bedroom with vanity sink, additional porcelain-tiled living room, a full bathroom with large shower, two additional bedrooms and a kitchenette (full kitchen minus oven, has cooktop, microwave and granite countertops) with laundry. The deck overlooking the waterfront on the first floor can be accessed through the living room or the Master bedroom.
Lakefront consists of 50' of breakwall lakefront, just a foot deep at entry. There is one 30' dock, a pebbled 6' natural entry for children or launching a salboat/rowboat provides additional convenience.
This property can rent with the main house at 296 Lower West Lake Rd. during the summer season, and is an excellent choice for family reunions or smaller wedding parties.
