Description
Comfortable, ranch style 3 bedroom cottage located at the tip of the lake in Branchport. Close to a wildlife preserve, there is an abundance of bird life for the nature lover. Large, level lawn stretches to 35 feet of natural lakefront. Beach is shallow, making it an excellent choice for families with small children. Dock and paddleboat located on site for guests' use.
Entry in the rear into a small country kitchen overlooking the spacious living/dining area. Sliding glass doors lead out to an open patio, offering a great outdoor dining experience. Master bedroom and attached private bath overlooking the lake. Just off the right of the living room is a full bath, which connect to one bedroom that can also be accessed through the kitchen. The third bedroom is down the hallway to the rear of the cottage. Tastefully furnished and an excellent value for the budget minded traveler.
