Modern, open and airy this contemporary 3 story home has all the amenities you would need for a Finger Lakes vacation. Lower level accommodations include a large family room with mini-fridge, leather furniture, TV/ DVD/ VHS, small entertainment center, and patio doors to the lower yard and beach. This floor also includes a bedroom with 1 single bed and a bunk bed [2 singles].

The main entrance to the house is from a stone entranceway on the first floor. A short hallway leads to the open kitchen, dining and living area. A solid plank dining table will seat 8 with additional seating available on barstools at the kitchen counter. Spectacular views of the lake and surrounding hillsides greet you as you enjoy the casual deep leather furniture in the living room. On rainy days the family can gather around the large dining room table and play a multitude of board games that are provided, or watch TV or movies while enjoying the heat from the propane fueled fireplace. You can access the large deck from the dining room or screened porch. Sunbathe, eat, play games, or just enjoy the sound of waves on the shore or the sparkling stars over the lake as you relax on the deck.

The kitchen is bright white, with wood accent and has all the modern appliances: side-by-side refrigerator freezer, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and countertop appliances. Just off the kitchen is a screened porch, perfect for breakfast, lunch or casual dinner. Also on the 1st floor is a full bathroom with oversize shower, and a bedroom with queen size bed, antique wood headboard and footboard, large wooden wardrobe and ceiling fan.

Up the open oak staircase, you will find the master suite to the left. The master suite hosts a queen size bed, TV/DVD/VHS unit and great views of the lake. The master bath has an oversize shower, tile floor, sink with corian countertop and a large walk-in closet. Off the hallway on the 2nd floor is another full bath with a tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom on the 2nd floor has 1 single bed and a bunk bed [2 singles]. Lots of closet space with shelves makes unpacking easy.

Rent a boat and enjoy the new dock with boat lift, bring badminton and play on the lakefront yard, wade into the lake from the natural, shallow beach or lounge in the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. This is a great home for adults or kids to enjoy!
