Bring your family and friends home to Keuka Lake!

Furnished with large groups in mind, this five bedroom, two full bath home is located on the “sunset view” side of Keuka Lake, just ten minutes from the town of Penn Yan. Grape Trail Cottage is also a great starting location for visiting the Keuka Lake Wine Trail. Be sure to check out our Finger Lakes Experience links.

The first floor offers a full bath with shower/tub combo, fully stocked, upgraded and modernized kitchen, dining room with seating for 14, and two private lake view bedrooms. The first floor living room features cable TV, VCR/DVD, wood burning fireplace, and a walk-out deck where your family can relax while enjoying a sweeping bird’s eye view of the yard and activities on the lake. An additional garage hideaway room sports a pool, ping pong tables, and seating for informal gatherings.

The lower level gives guests room to spread out. Open floor plan family room/kitchen provides a second TV, VCR/DVD and sleeper sofa. Additional kitchen includes a medium sized refrigerator. Sun porch provides an additional bunk set. Just down the hall are two private bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo and a laundry area.

The trail to the beach is a pleasant 100 ft. walk across a lush green lawn bordering a creek which meets the natural beachfront. One side of the yard is fenced to the road. This fence meets the stockade fencing on the upper back lawn. To view, simply click the additional photos link, above.
