Description
Quality lake living at an affordable price, and close to area attractions! Charming lake cottage, completely updated with quality furnishings. Exterior entry into kitchen, with modern appliances and fully furnished with all cooking utensils. Through the doorway is a formal dining room, living room with two sofas, sitting room with picture windows overlooking the lake and trundle bed for additional sleeping, and a small full bath with shower. Walk out the front door to the deck overlooking the lake, and only a few steps down to the beach.
The second floor features two bedrooms with queen size beds, a sunporch that can be accessed by both bedrooms via french doors, and a full bath complete with shower/tub combo.
The waterfront is all natural, walk in shale beach. Depth is gradual for excellent swimming. Firepit on the beach for evening campfires, and a dock with hoist for your boat.
Note: Smoking is not allowed in any rental property.
