The BEST view on Keuka. Located directly below a scenic overlook, this property is on a quiet, dead-end road within a short walk to Keuka Lake State Park and it's many trails. For your viewing pleasure, there is a balcony off the master bedroom (second floor), plus a deck off the living area (first floor) with picnic table, BBQ, and room to put your feet up! There is an extra room in a boathouse for kids to play in or for sleeping (sofa, P/O double). Swimming is excellent. Lake bottom is rocky; small shale beach for wading in. Two shared docks available for your use. Picnic table, shade tree, campfire circle, small BBQ on sunny beach/frontage area, canoe and rowboat for your use. Private steps to beach, parking area and lake frontage-150 feet-shared with house next door, but there's plenty of room for all. Prepare to relax!
