Description

“All Seasons Retreat” is a spacious, property, built with large groups in mind. In our experience, large groups have unique concerns, such as; “will there be enough bathrooms-bedrooms-televisions-dining spaces-deck furnishings-parking space, etc. for my family or group.” This home was built in 2004, by a large family, with just these concerns in mind.

Each floor is identically laid out, providing guests with two full kitchens, dining rooms, living rooms with TV, cable, and DVD, master bedrooms with private baths including, extra large Jacuzzi garden bathtubs, and separate showers. In addition, a bath with tub/shower combo is located on each level.

The open floor plan allows for conversation to flow, the chef is never left out, and the rest of the group is never too far to freshen a glass of wine, or of course, grab first dibs from the chef! Six bedrooms and four bathrooms, allow for privacy. Decorating upstairs is elegant and adult, the finished basement level is comfortable, and perfect for young visitors to spread out with no worries.

Both levels are lake view, the upper level has a panoramic 64x12 deck, which spans the length of the house, and is perfect for catching a breeze on the patio sets with friends or family. The lower level has one step up to the patio doors, from a gravel stone patio area.

Guests may park above or below the house, with few steps into the home which is located on quiet East Lake Rd., perfect for a morning stroll, an energetic jog or bike ride. Just across the road there are 100+ feet of natural, wade in lakefront, and a dock for your boat. The swimming is excellent and the depth gradual.

This property is an ideal location for family gatherings, and is open year round, fall in the Finger Lakes is something special, and with an ideal location just a short drive away from several wineries, including; Barrington Cellars, McGregor Vineyard Winery and Ravines Wine Cellars, Finger Lakes Wine afficianados will have no problem selecting a starting point for their next wine tour!
