Located in a quiet cove on a private road this 3000 sq.ft. lake house sits on the west side of Seneca Lake. With 5 bedrooms this house offers an abundance of quiet living space for guests.

A convenient second floor entry at parking level will guarantee you will have no trouble unloading luggage or groceries. The second floor features, a fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators, full bathroom with shower/tub combo, living room with vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows with a breathtaking view, large sectional sofa with 6 recliners, big screen TV equipped with CD/DVD Surround Sound System and X-Box gaming console, walk out access to a covered deck which has a glass railing system so no view is blocked, and a bedroom with a king size bed, TV, ceiling fan, and a lake view. All the rooms on the first floor have a lake view except the bathroom. The first floor is also equipped with a mini weather station which will give inside/outside temperature, lake water temperature, sunrise/sunset times, indoor/outdoor humidity, air pressure, and daily forecast with storm warnings. This is a great tool to plan your day on the lake or swimming conditions!

The first floor offers additional sleeping space, including 4 large bedrooms with lake views and ceiling fans.

The lower level rec room features a magnificent view of the lake with a direct walk out to the waterfront. On those rainy days the rec room provides ample entertainment with a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey table, electronic dartboard, and a stereo system. There is also a full bathroom with a shower and a laundry room.

Walking outside from the rec room the level lawn leads to the waterfront which stretches 100 feet across the front of the property. There is a large permanent dock where you can moor your boat or enjoy lunch on one of the three picnic tables. The 20’x30’ open dock area is perfect for sunbathing. For outdoor activities, there is a tetherball court, Horseshoe Pits, and a children’s swing set.

There is absolutely no public traffic due to the private road. The rear of the house is surrounded by woods and fields perfect for long walks or bike rides. This great piece of property offers ample opportunity for spotting wildlife such as deer, turkey and birds.
