Nestled in an extra large corner lot under large shade trees, this pet-friendly premier lake cottage is located on a quiet 15 mph drive with excellent lakeview and interior furnishings. This spacious ranch home offers a large living room with working wood fireplace, sleeper sofa and a large pane window that looks out over the front yard and out on to Seneca Lake. At the south end of the home are two bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom is tastefully decorated in a light yellow accented with daisies, hardwood floor, queen-size bed, antique dresser and TV. The light blue bedroom has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, dresser and large bay windows to enjoy the variety of birds that nest in the trees. The lavendar bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and has a double marble sink and mirrors with stand-up shower.

At the north end of the home is a newly remodeled kitchen with light cream colored walls accented by country blue countertops that surround the new appliances. Just off the kitchen is a full bath with a bath/shower and a washer/dryer combination. A few steps away is a formal dining room that has a sliding glass door that steps out on to a small, private deck leading out to the white fenced-in yard, which is great for small children and pets. This well-maintained level lawn has several trees for ample shading from the hot summer sun and hosts a variety of hosta and lilacs that you can enjoy while walking to the large firepit and the newly constructed pavillion.

No need to bring your own lawn chairs. Treasured Memories provides a large variety of seating from white wooden rockers on the front porch to cast iron table and chairs in the side yard. Comfortable couch and chairs with ottomans await you, along with a relaxing hammock under the cooling ceiling fan centered under the 14x16 pavillion.

Take a stroll through the beautiful rock garden with Wishing Well in the back of the property where a variety of colorful blooms await you. The amazing 235' of prime natural lakefront offers a permanent dock, boat whips and gradual depth for excellent swimming.

This lakefront vacation home on Seneca Lake will provide you and your family with not only a very relaxing vacation, but "treasured memories" to enjoy for years to come!
