This beautiful lake home offers a wonderful Seneca Lake vacation experience. The partial natural lakefront has a gradually sloping shoreline and offers a clear, rocky lake bottom. The dock and covered boat hoist offers easy access for many water activities.

After you’ve enjoyed a full day of lake activities, step inside and relax with 2200 square feet of air-conditioned comfort. The kitchen has direct access to a patio overlooking the lake, a great spot for dining on warm summer nights. From the kitchen, enter into the living room, and off the living room are two bedrooms. All of these spaces provide exceptional views of the lake.

Head downstairs to find another living area, and a bedroom with Double bed.

This property offers convenient easy access to the town of Geneva. It is 5 minutes from Hobart and William Smith College. It is 10 minutes from the Geneva downtown area, whether by car or boat. Geneva has a wonderful town park adjacent to the Seneca Lake State Park. The town park hosts live entertainment on Wednesday at the Gazebo on the lakefront. The State Park has a fountain area that younger kids are sure to enjoy.
One of the finest restaurants in Geneva (Port’s Café) is only a ½ mile down the road. The Belhurst Castle, a public golf course and several wineries are within 5 minutes. Save yourself the hassle of packing and bringing food with you, as Wegman’s grocery is only 10 minutes away.
