We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views over the lake: our very own "private" sunrises and absolutely gorgeous moonrises each night! This charming 3-bedroom one-story home is located on a very quiet, private, residential, dead-end paved road on the west shore of beautiful Seneca Lake. The interior is modern and recently renovated, completely furnished with your comfort in mind. A variety of books, games, playing cards, and puzzles are provided for those occasional overcast, liquid-sunshine days. All rooms are spacious and have beautiful maple and oak hardwood floors.

A full bathroom, with tub and shower combination, is just a few steps from any of the bedrooms. The master bedroom with double bed is tastefully appointed as are the decor and sleeping accommodations in the other bedrooms. A washer and dryer are located in the basement.

The spacious living room contains a log-burning fireplace and an expansive picture window that looks out over the bi-level deck and provides a panoramic view of the lake. Enjoy your morning beverage on the shaded deck and view the spectacular sunrises! Unlimited photo-ops are here for your pleasure and enjoyment. The views are magnificent and memorable.

The open bi-level deck with Adirondack Chairs, deck chairs, patio furniture, and picnic table provide the perfect outdoor setting for an afternoon or evening gathering of family and friends for charcoal barbeques, and relaxed conversations, while enjoying the dazzling panoramic views of the lake.

One flight of gradual stairs leads to the ample pebble-and-shale beach and a long permanent dock, with cleats for your boat, and a swim ladder. The dock is 6'x60' with a 12'x12' platform at the end for sunbathing, fishing, and deck chairs. It’s a relaxing setting for enjoying the scenery or listening to the lapping of the waves against the pebbled shoreline. Cast a fishing line off the end of the dock for perch, sunfish, and small mouth bass.

The 124' waterfront is natural pebble-and-shale, with natural walk-in and very gradual depth change. A great waterfront for kids! A fire pit is located at the waterfront for cozy evening fires where casual conversation, story telling, and marshmallow toasting can be shared with family and friends.

Begin your Seneca Lake Wine Trail experience from here! Fox Run Winery is a convenient 1/2 mile from the Lake Haus. Geneva is 7 miles north, Dresden is 4 miles south, Penn Yan is 7 miles west, and Watkins Glen is 30 miles south.
