Description
This lovely 3 bedroom, Cape Cod style cottage is located in upscale Lakeside Landing on the East side of Seneca Lake.
The interior includes an upgraded kitchen with newer appliances and large living/dining room with glass mirrors on the South side and several windows on the West side emphasizing the spectacular lake views. A spacious bedroom with queen bed overlooks the lake and has access to the lakeside deck through sliding glass doors. The two additional bedrooms in the rear have double beds and are tastefully appointed. A full bathroom with corner shower is located off the living room between the two bedrooms.
An exterior, lakeside deck off the living room sits a few feet above the 125 ft. of natural lakefront and offers exceptional panoramic views of Seneca Lake. Just a few steps down from the deck will bring you to lake level. The large, pebble beach stretches across the front of the cottage and the water depth is very gradual, making this location an ideal place for small children. The permanent dock is available for guests' use, so feel free to bring your boat and launch it less than a quarter mile down East Lake Rd. at the residential launch. Lakeside Landing Park offers a covered pavilion, playground, basketball courts, and a boat launch for Lakeside Landing residents. Parking is available, though it is only a short walk from the cottage.
