Breathtaking Views! Charming 2 bedroom cottage located near the water’s edge on Seneca Lake. Perfect for two couples, each with their own bedroom with Queen size bed.

Sunlit Shores is the last cottage on a private drive and features a grassy, sloping lawn to the waterfront.

Enter from the wraparound porch into the hallway. To the left is the first bedroom, with DVD player, ceiling fan, and Queen bed. The second bedroom, with ceiling fan and DVD player, is next down the hall and has a Queen bed. Across the hall from the bedrooms is a full tub/shower bathroom.

The end of the hallway opens to the living room with raised ceiling, a wall of windows and glass sliding doors to provide beautiful views of the lake. A woodburning fireplace and television set with Dish and DVD provide warmth and entertainment for chilly evenings. A dining area with seating for four is located next to the sliding glass doors, providing breathtaking views while dining. A galley style kitchen opens off the dining area, making mealtime cleanup quick and convenient.

Through the sliding doors is a roomy deck overlooking the waterfront. Ample seating is provided, as well as additional outdoor dining space. You'll feel as if you are sitting in a tree house as you gaze through the leaves to the waterfront below.

A natural lakefront with gradual deepening features a permanent dock, fire ring, and additional seating at the beach. This cottage is located in a protected cove.

Washer and dryer are available in the basement, and there is plenty of storage space under the deck for rafts, swim shoes, etc.

Sunlit Shores is located in a quiet area, and the lawn and location make it an ideal destination for a small family or two adult couples. Located on Emerson Cove, the water is not overly deep and stays quite warm, great for swimming and water sports!

Summer is not the only season to enjoy this cottage, as the colorful foliage and crisp, sunny days provide the perfect backdrop for your Fall getaway. This cottage is located along the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, and it is located between Geneva and Watkins Glen.
