Our professional photographers ensure your vacation home is beautifully presented on our website and your home will have its own page consisting of quality interior and exterior photos, optional virtual tours, an in depth property description, and a list of amenities and rental rates. The availability calendar is updated several times a day, and guests have the ability to make online bookings or inquiries. There are a lot of moving parts when it comes to renting a vacation home. They run the gamut from government regulations to marketing, lead management, guest screening, secure payment systems, housekeeping, maintenance and responding to guest calls at 3AM in the morning. Our services are turn-key and provided by more than 100 employees who are trained and accredited by both the real estate and vacation rental industry. We are proud members of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) and the Association of Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP). Finger Lakes Premier Properties manages all facets of the vacation rental process including marketing, reservations, housekeeping and maintenance. We also submit lodging taxes on your behalf to local governments as a complementary service.

We have two office locations, one in Penn Yan, NY, and the other in Canandaigua, NY. Our reservation agents work on-site 7 days a week and there is always a Manager on Duty, a Housekeeper on Duty and a Technician on Duty to respond to after-hour calls summer, fall, winter and spring. We have staff who can provide design guidance and who, having worked with guests for more than 20 years, can advise you on all aspects of the rental experience. To ensure guests have what they need when they arrive at your home, we provide complementary “start-up” packs of coffee, tea, soap, dishwashing detergent and paper products.

At Less Cost

We work in partnership with our vacation home owners. Our commission rate is 15% for rentals of 180 days or more and 20% for weekly or short-term stays of two to three days. No commission is required, unless your vacation home is rented. Commission rates range from 18 to 50% across the U.S. so our rates are viewed as very competitive. We are conversant with advanced technologies and our homeowners are given their own login to view their bookings and payments from anywhere in the world. We keep your expenses as low as possible by staying up-to-date on the changing dynamics of the vacation rental industry.
