Seneca (Native American for: Place of the Stone)
Located within multiple counties, Seneca Lake lies in the center of the Finger Lakes corridor. At the northern tip of Seneca Lake is the City of Geneva, and at the southern tip is the Village of Watkins Glen. Seneca Lake was named for the Seneca Indian Nation. Seneca Lake boasts the steepest shoreline of all the lakes, particularly at the southern end. It is extremely unique, and an amazing place to vacation.

DescriptionSeasons on Seneca is a spacious Contemporary home located on the west side of Seneca Lake on an acre of wooded privacy! With a lodge style interior, this inviting property offers guests a serene location to enjoy all the benefits of year-round lake living!
A long winding driveway leads down to the house from Shingle Point Road, where extensive landscaping has been maintained to provide exceptional curb appeal and a relaxing atmosphere. The main entry off the driveway brings you into a spacious great room, with abundant windows facing the water to emphasize the excellent lake view. A full kitchen complete with island breakfast bar on the north side offers plenty of space for preparing a variety of meals. The dining table seats 8 comfortably and is conveniently positioned in close proximity to the kitchen, breakfast bar and outdoor deck. A sitting area to the right of the dining table offers lounge seating overlooking the deck for enjoying a good book or a glass of wine before dinner. The living room in the front facing the lake is nicely furnished with a sofa and three easy chairs, a new flat screen TV above the fireplace, and boasts a beautiful lake view through the tall windows bordering the open deck.
In the rear of the first level are two bedrooms, one of which seconds as a small family room with flat screen TV for watching movies. A full bathroom with shower/tub combo is located between the two bedrooms, as well as a full laundry.
The loft area features two semi-private bedrooms, open in the front to the great room. A small hallway along the balcony separates the two bedroom areas. Each loft bedroom shares the full bath with a shower through a private entry door on each side.
The wrap-around outdoor deck off the great room is comfortably furnished with quality outdoor patio furniture for enjoying outdoor meals and family gatherings. A beautiful brick paver path leads down to the stairs to the lake, surrounded by beautiful landscaping.
The lakefront contains over 100 feet of natural, walk in beach, permanent dock, and hoist for your boat. Less than a quarter mile from the state boat launch, guests will enjoy the easy in and out access for their boats. Across the street are 4 additional acres with walking paths for watching the local wildlife in this tranquil location.
Seasons on Seneca is located right off the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, and approximately a 15 minute drive from Geneva and Watkins Glen. Less than an hour commute to 3 regional airports, including Elmira Regional Airport. Walk through the Glen and experience the breathtaking waterfalls in spring, summer or fall! This home is close to several golf courses, shopping and outlet malls, and many fine restaurants.
