Keuka (Native American for: Canoe Landing)
Keuka Lake is called the "Lady of the Lakes" because of its amazing beauty. The Indian name Keuka means "canoe landing," but this Finger Lakes area used to be called Crooked Lake by the early settlers. It is very unique among the Finger Lakes because it features a scenic bluff over seven hundred feet above the lake, and is the only Finger Lake that outlets into another Lake. Keuka Lake is roughly 20 miles long and varies in width all the way up to 2 miles.

DescriptionThis lovely, year round home is located at the widest point of Keuka Lake on the sunny, east side offering spectacular lake and sunset views. A great choice for families with children, one step off the lakefront deck places you on the gently sloping yard which meets 150 feet of natural pebbled beach. The lakefront’s gradual water depth is a plus for young swimmers and bass frequent the shallow rock bottom. A dock with ladder, a raft, boat hoist, rowboat, and fishing poles are provided for your enjoyment. A 75 x 100 ft. level, side yard with privacy hedge provides a large, safe area for outdoor games. The rear, flagstone patio is bathed in morning sun and afternoon shade.
The first floor includes a large entryway, three bedrooms, bath with walk-in shower, kitchen with dining area, sun porch with large lakeside windows, living room with lake view and TV, and spacious outdoor deck.
The second floor has a master bedroom with lake view and TV, laundry room, and full bath with shower/tub combo.
Property Restrictions: No pets allowed in the cottage or on the property. The occupancy limit of eight people includes children age two and older. Infants and toddlers under the age of two who are provided with a crib or playpen for sleeping do not count toward the limit. Misrepresentation of age is a contract violation. Additional guests are not allowed without owner’s written permission. Boat hoist’s limit is 18 feet 2,500 lbs. Designated parking is limited to four cars and one boat trailer. Play and sleeping tents, campers, motor homes, large gatherings, and parties are prohibited. Violation of contract restrictions will result in additional fees, removal of guests from the property without refund, and additional cleaning and/or replacement charges when necessary.
