Meet the Team: Lynn Thurston

Lynn Thurston grew up in waterfront communities in Canada, California and the Finger Lakes. She is an Associate Broker and is certified as a Resort and Second Home Specialist by the National Association of Realtors. Lynn holds a degree in environmental science, a Masters and PhD in urban and regional planning and an MBA. She enjoys managing lakefront vacation rentals and identifying properties with strong investment potential.

Lynn takes an analytical approach to buying and selling lakefront homes, whether someone is interested in a home for personal use now, for retirement down the road or purely as an investment. She is familiar with 1031 exchanges, assessing operating costs and determining rental values.

With colleagues from the banking and tax industry, Lynn leads a seminar series for people interested in buying a vacation home on one of the Finger Lakes. Her presentation compares price trends on the lakes, profiles differences between lakes from an investment perspective and outlines rental income trends. 

Lynn oversees the operations of Finger Lakes Premier Properties and is committed to ensuring the homes we manage and the guests who rent them receive excellent service.
