"In 2016 I moved to the Finger Lakes area and within a month I applied and was hired as a housekeeper for Finger Lakes Premier Properties. I quickly fell in love with the area as well as the job. "In 2013 I returned to Upstate NY with my daughter and fiancé in order to be close to my family. I started working with Finger Lakes Premier Property that summer as a housekeeper picking up a few hours in the laundry department. The following year I chose not to return to housekeeping and devote all my hours to the laundry department. As we grew as a company FLPP found the need for a dedicated laundry supervisor and I was fortunate to be accepted for the job. Over the last few years with Premier I have seen such a dramatic improvement in communication, task management, and employee relations. Insurance Options We currently offer full-time employees 4 different plans to choose from for medical, a basic dental plan, and a basic vision plan to fit their individual needs. For our medical plan, we offer a 100% employer contribution for single coverage, and a generous employer contribution for all other plans. |

Flexible Paid Time Off We offer full-time employees up to 6 weeks of flexible PTO to spend on vacations, with family, or just because! We also offer 6 paid holidays each year. We recognize the importance of work-life balance and focus on giving our employees ample time to relax and recharge. |
