Perfect for family reunions, Solitude is comprised of two separate homes on the same property sitting on 5 acres of beautifully landscaped surroundings. The main house offers three bedrooms, and two full baths. Gather your group in the main house and enjoy the private setting up on the hill. Trees surround you and lake views peep in from below.
Inside the main house, knotty pine walls hug the perimeter. Oversized furniture accents the cozy feel to the living room and welcomes you "home." A country kitchen provides all you need and more to make mealtime a breeze!
Upstairs, a master bedroom with king bed has its own private ensuite bath. Completing the main house, two private bedrooms are perfect for a small family to share. Each bedroom is accompanied by a full-size standard bed, and full size murphy bed for you to enjoy. An adjoining jack-and-jill bathroom provides easy access to and from each room.
Perfect for in-law's, the guest house has two separate living quarters both with full kitchens and the downstairs offers a full-size washer and dryer. Both levels offer a private bedroom and full bathroom with additional sleeping in the common area of the downstairs.
Solitude offers the perfect retreat for family and friends to escape. Whether you want to spend your vacation playing tennis on the full-size tennis court, you'd like to relax in the hot tub, take the canoe for a paddle or fish off one of the two new docks; there's something for everyone at this cozy home! End your day roasting a marshmallow at the fire pit and toasting the day with your new Finger Lakes brew!
Bristol Mountain Ski Resort is nearby and offers entertainment year-round for the leaf peeper, skier or wedding crowd. Enjoy a water hike on a hot day at Naples own Grimes Glen, and stop over to Joseph's Wayside Market for some fresh produce and local flavor. A trip north to the Town of Canandaigua will have you walking along Kershaw Park where Twisted Rail Brewing, Young Lion Brewing, and the New York Kitchen will steal your heart. *Please Note: This home is easily accessed by a very long paved driveway that has a covered canopy as you near the lake that is only 80" high and 80" Wide. Most standard full-size vehicles (ie. Chevy Tahoe) can fit down under this canopy but an oversized truck or standard cars with roof racks may not fit. These vehicles will need to be parked approximately 200 feet above the Main House.

All of our vacation rentals are professionally cleaned by our trained housekeeping staff in between each reservation. We continue to maintain the highest housekeeping standards. We use a CDC-approved commercial grade disinfectant on all hard and soft surfaces throughout each home with increased focused on high touch point areas such as light switches, doorknobs, remotes, etc. These efforts provide you the peace of mind to experience a sanitized, clean, and disinfected home to enjoy. All of our rentals include professionally cleaned linens from our laundry facility that are washed, bleached, folded and wrapped by our staff wearing PPE. We do not outsource any linens, towels, or cleaning supplies. All of our guests also have the security of a local 24/7 manager on duty to respond to their needs throughout their stay.
