About Simply Irresistible

Simply Irresistible says it all! Located on the west shore of Keuka Lake, this stylish home features an open floor plan that enhances the exceptional lake views along with providing the finest in modern comforts.The main entry leads into the open living room with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and oversized glass windows facing the lake. The spacious kitchen with breakfast bar and new, upscale appliances is perfect for entertaining guests and enjoying meals together. Just off the kitchen is a dining table that seats four, along with additional stool seating at the kitchen breakfast bar for five. For more formal meals, guests can enjoy the romantic, wood burning fireplace adorning the west wall of the great room. On the other side of the kitchen is a full size laundry room and access to the back porch, which features a large hot tub for guests' enjoyment!! The first bedroom, located just off the dining area, features a full size bed. Farther down the hall is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and stylish fixtures. A second bedroom with two twin beds is located in the rear. The stunning master bedroom on the south side of the house features a lovely lake view and enjoys the convenience of an en-suite bathroom with shower. Across the road you will find 80 feet of level lake frontage. Enjoy sunning on the small deck, and when you are ready for a break the boat house can be your respite from the sun! Located about ½ way down the West Side of Keuka Lake, this home is situated where guests can readily enjoy fine dining at the lakeside restaurants nearby. Right on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail, and within minutes to many area attractions, Simply Irresistible is ideal for the touring vacationer!

All of our vacation rentals are professionally cleaned by our trained housekeeping staff in between each reservation. We continue to maintain the highest housekeeping standards. We use a CDC-approved commercial grade disinfectant on all hard and soft surfaces throughout each home with increased focused on high touch point areas such as light switches, doorknobs, remotes, etc. These efforts provide you the peace of mind to experience a sanitized, clean, and disinfected home to enjoy. All of our rentals include professionally cleaned linens from our laundry facility that are washed, bleached, folded and wrapped by our staff wearing PPE. We do not outsource any linens, towels, or cleaning supplies. All of our guests also have the security of a local 24/7 manager on duty to respond to their needs throughout their stay.
