The Lake House

Bright and airy, The Lake House was rebuilt in 2012 and offers an expansive 3 bedrooms, and 2 and 1 half baths. Located just minutes from the Beachcomber and the town of Geneseo, this lake home is bursting with fun for everyone!

From the minute you enter the door, beautiful Conesus Lake views shine in from the lakeside windows. Whether rain, or shine, sunrise, or sunset - the lake view is sure to amaze you. An open floor plan allows mingling to be a breeze when you're relaxing with your group of family and friends. Custom white cabinetry is happily stocked with all of your favorite cooking and baking ware. Enjoy a bottle of your favorite Finger Lakes wine while sitting at the large island breakfast bar, or in the comfortable sofa nearby.

Two lower levels allow for your group to comfortably retreat each evening. The three private bedrooms, each with a lake view can be found on the second lower level. Each bedroom is designed with your comfort in mind. You'll enjoy a good night's sleep while being "home away from home."

The lake level area offers additional sleeping if you group needs it, and beautiful tile floor with bar area. Enjoy local brews at the "at home bar" as the waves of Conesus Lake splash outside your window.

A newly built custom patio, just off the bar area boasts jaw dropping detailed craftsmanship. Whether you're enjoying sunbathing on the patio, jumping off the dock, or a nice tour in the paddleboat - endless adventures and fun await you.

Just minutes down the road is Beachcomber with plenty of menu choices to please everyone's pallet. Fifteen minutes west you will find the town of Geneseo, itself sporting numerous eateries and popular bars. This home is also one of our closest vacation rentals to Letchworth State Park, known as the "Grand Canyon of the East," featuring magnificent views and 66 miles of hiking trails. With so many activities to choose from in one beautiful area, it's never hard to carve out your own little piece of lakeside paradise here at The Lake House!

All of our vacation rentals are professionally cleaned by our trained housekeeping staff in between each reservation. We continue to maintain the highest housekeeping standards. We use a CDC-approved commercial grade disinfectant on all hard and soft surfaces throughout each home with increased focused on high touch point areas such as light switches, doorknobs, remotes, etc. These efforts provide you the peace of mind to experience a sanitized, clean, and disinfected home to enjoy. All of our rentals include professionally cleaned linens from our laundry facility that are washed, bleached, folded and wrapped by our staff wearing PPE. We do not outsource any linens, towels, or cleaning supplies. All of our guests also have the security of a local 24/7 manager on duty to respond to their needs throughout their stay.
