To the right is another bedroom with a queen bed along with its own en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The wide hallway opens up into the great room, featuring a wall of sliding glass doors and chalet style windows to accentuate the stunning view of the lake. Hardwood floors and relaxing colors enhance the feeling of serenity and luxury. A large leather sectional with flat screen TV is available for enjoying a movie or a glass of wine at the end of a busy day. The dining table seats 8 and is directly next to the spacious, elegant kitchen. Walk out any of the sliding glass doors onto the beautiful deck, where you can oversee the waterfront activities or share a meal in style. A half bath is conveniently located in the rear of the great room. The spectacular loft bedroom offers the best view in the house via large, chalet windows. A king size bed faces the lake to accentuate the lake view. The huge en suite bathroom features a Jacuzzi style bathtub and separate oversized shower. The lower level features a game room with pool table and a walk out via sliding glass doors to the sunken hot tub on the covered deck. A fourth bedroom just off the game room offers sleeping for 4, with a bunk bed featuring full size mattresses. A full bathroom with shower is at the end of the hall. Just off the lower level deck is a beautiful stone patio and firepit, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals or a relaxing evening enjoying the company of friends and family. The lakefront features a large deck/dock that reaches out over the water and a large boat hoist for your boat. Located near several nice wineries and a short drive to Ithaca, The Lily Pad is convenient to many area attractions, while still providing guests with wooded privacy and elegant accommodations.
All of our vacation rentals are professionally cleaned by our trained housekeeping staff in between each reservation. We continue to maintain the highest housekeeping standards. We use a CDC-approved commercial grade disinfectant on all hard and soft surfaces throughout each home with increased focused on high touch point areas such as light switches, doorknobs, remotes, etc. These efforts provide you the peace of mind to experience a sanitized, clean, and disinfected home to enjoy. All of our rentals include professionally cleaned linens from our laundry facility that are washed, bleached, folded and wrapped by our staff wearing PPE. We do not outsource any linens, towels, or cleaning supplies. All of our guests also have the security of a local 24/7 manager on duty to respond to their needs throughout their stay.
