Toes in the Water

Toes in the Water is an impeccable lakeside gem. The home has been completely remodeled (2013) to include all the necessities needed to make your vacation perfect. Nestled amongst shade trees in a quiet cove, this 2 bedroom, 1 bath home sits on over 130 feet of natural lakefront. The coved setting exemplifies privacy and breathtaking views. Parallel to Lower West Lake Road you will find the driveway to Toes in the Water, which houses convenient parking for 3 vehicles. As you come into the home you enter the main living area complete with a gas fireplace and plenty of seating. The charming dining table overlooks the water. The living area opens to the quaint, cottage kitchen with all of the necessities to prepare memorable family dinners. Through the kitchen you will find the home's first bedroom. This bedroom holds a Queen Size bed and displays picturesque lake views. Down the hall from the living area you will find the bathroom; equipped with a shower/tub combo, commode and sink. At the end of the hall you will find the second bedroom. This room is decorated in warm colors and also boasts a Queen Size bed. The vast lake frontage is ideal for spending sunny afternoons with family and friends. Be sure to have a glass of your favorite Finger Lakes Riesling while relaxing next to the campfire, or on the deck overlooking the property and the lakefront. Ample lawn provides room for children to run and play, and a swing set completes the scene! A small boathouse is located conveniently on the lakefront, and a picnic table rests under a large shade tree, perfect for your afternoon lunches with a view of gorgeous Keuka Lake. Toes in the Water is located about a mile from Keuka College. Nearby is the quaint town of Penn Yan where you will find the Seneca Farms, a local "hot spot" for ice cream. The Keuka Lake Wine Trail passes right by Toes in the Water, so you can get your wine tasting started right!

All of our vacation rentals are professionally cleaned by our trained housekeeping staff in between each reservation. We continue to maintain the highest housekeeping standards. We use a CDC-approved commercial grade disinfectant on all hard and soft surfaces throughout each home with increased focused on high touch point areas such as light switches, doorknobs, remotes, etc. These efforts provide you the peace of mind to experience a sanitized, clean, and disinfected home to enjoy. All of our rentals include professionally cleaned linens from our laundry facility that are washed, bleached, folded and wrapped by our staff wearing PPE. We do not outsource any linens, towels, or cleaning supplies. All of our guests also have the security of a local 24/7 manager on duty to respond to their needs throughout their stay.
