Take a drive through the rolling hills of the Finger Lakes, and you'll find many inviting homes.  This home offers just that and more!  Nestled on the east side of Seneca Lake, All Seasons Retreat is perfect for family reunions, or couples retreats.  This getaway retreat will have you stepping away from your every day life and into relaxation mode.

Enter through the front door and you'll be greeted by an open, comfortable family room.  Around the corner, the wide galley kitchen has a farmhouse feel to it with white cabinetry and accent wooden counter tops.  Find the cupboards stocked with ample cooking and eating ware; making mealtime easy.  Nearby farmers markets and roadside stands offer a variety of local produce to help any of your favorite dishes burst with flavor!  An eat in dining area allows you to eat family style and enjoy the company of your travel mates.

Throughout the house, four bedrooms are yours to choose from.  Whether you’re upstairs or down, a restful night’s sleep is what you’ll need to prepare for tomorrow’s Finger Lakes adventures.

Outside, an expansive deck with seating overlooks the sprawling lawn; perfectly groomed and affording more than enough space for any outdoor activity you could imagine.  Sit on the deck and enjoy the birds chirping in the morning with a cup of coffee, or watch as the kids play in the lawn as you sip on a glass of wine each evening.

The shared community lake access is just down the street.  Guests can walk or drive to the parking area across the street from the lakefront.  A large covered pavilion and charcoal grill is available here for enjoying a small barbeque or outdoor meal, and a play area offers swings and a slide for children’s enjoyment.  About 15 steps lead down to the natural lakefront, with a pebble beach and gradual entry it is ideal for all ages.

Finding fun and adventure on Seneca Lake is never hard.  Nearby to All Seasons Retreat is Sampson State Park, home to the historic Sampson Air Force Base.  This gorgeous park is now a camp ground, a walking park, and a museum dedicated to the airmen who trained and served here.  A short drive will bring you to the Bonavista Golf Club, and not far north you'll find Geneva NY where a variety of dining options and boutique shopping will win you over in a heartbeat.  While you’re here, be sure to stop by the various wineries and breweries along the way! 3 Brother’s Winery and Brewery, Ventosa Vineyards and more are all nearby!  It seems nothing is quite out of reach at All Seasons Retreat!
