Upon entering this hillside dream home; you’ll find yourself greeted with a large open kitchen and all the modern amenities you could ever need for your family vacation.  Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a counter prep space face the open great room.

In true Alpine Chalet fashion, Alpine Retreat boasts a breathtaking panoramic view from the wall-to-wall windows.  An elegant stone fireplace adds warmth and natural beauty to the corner wall of the great room.  Build a fire for those chilly nights, pour a glass of your favorite Finger Lakes wine, and relax in luxury on the comfortable sofa.  A large wooden table completes the great room and is truly ideal for family friendly dining.  Host dinners just like you do at home.

On the entry level, you’ll also find the master bedroom with king size bed and attached ensuite bath.  Upstairs in the loft area you will find three more bedrooms to accommodate your family’s choice of sleeping accommodations.

Alpine Retreat is perfect for entertaining guests of all ages!  Here you will find many game tables available such as a pool table, ping pong, foosball and a basketball net.  Make sure to challenge your travel mates to a game before heading home!  Completing the lower level, you’ll find the fifth and final bedroom, bathroom, laundry and a second living room equipped with a flat screen TV and a cozy sectional with amazing property views.

The fun doesn’t stop from here!  Take a walk outside and enjoy your own little piece of heaven.  In the winter you can return from a day on the slopes and warm up in the hot tub and/or in the outdoor barrel sauna with seating capacity for six.  Or, in the summer picture yourself basking in the sun on the wrap around deck or by the side of the pool while watching the kids splash and play.

This home is located in the Town of South Bristol.
Littering is illegal.
All renters will be subject to New York Penal Law 240.20 or any successor statute regarding disorderly conduct.
Guests must comply with the Noise Law of the Town of South Bristol as set forth in Chapter 113 of the Code of the Town of South Bristol.
Fires are permitted only if there is a designated fire pit and must be attended. 
All fires in fireplaces must be attended.
Children ages 2 and under are included in the maximum occupancy per town regulations.

Note: Smoking is not allowed in any rental property.
