Blue Heron Shores Estate rents as a property accommodating 18 guests from May 1 - October 31.  In the winter months, enjoy a nice winter getaway at Blue Heron Shores (renting without the guest house) for guests up to an occupancy of 12.

This beautiful estate, featuring a main house (the lodge) and a boat house, will have you in awe from the time you step in the doors. Knotty pine walls and exposed beams boast throughout all three floors of this beautiful Adirondack-style lodge. Inside the great room, large picture windows and a sliding glass door offer a breathtaking view of not only the water, but also of the cascading hills surrounding Cayuga Lake.  Regardless of the season, this view is timeless – offering either bright newly sprouted green leaves, vibrant autumn tones, or a snow-blanketed landscape – this is sure to be a view you’ll never forget.

A corner stone gas fireplace adds warmth and natural beauty to the south wall of the great room.  Enjoy a fire for those chilly nights, pour a glass of your favorite Finger Lakes wine, and relax in luxury on the comfortable sofa.

Inside the kitchen, find spacious counter tops and cabinetry stocked with a variety of cooking and eating ware.  Preparing your next meal will be a breeze.  Stop at a local farmers market and stock up on fresh produce and really “take a bite” out of the Finger Lakes!  Enjoy the balcony off of the entry level of this home and soak up all lake life has to offer from the privacy of the wooden deck.

Completing the entry level of Blue Heron Shores Estate, one of the seven bedrooms can be found, the master bedroom with an en-suite full bath.  Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a full bath with dual vanities and a loft with an office. The final two bedrooms of the main house, including a large bunk room and a bedroom with a king sized bed, can be found on the lower level, along with another full bathroom.

The lower level is your retreat for fun and relaxation and is sure to be everyone’s favorite gathering space!  Enjoy playing a game of pool and visit with your friends and family in front of the cozy gas fireplace.

The fun doesn’t stop here!  Relaxing is made easy with a dip in the hot tub.  Relax in luxury and view the lake and wooded scenery in the distance.  A walkout lower-level patio will lead the way for the steps to the beach. The boat house offers spectacular views, steps from the lake, in addition to a full kitchen (no hot water in kitchen sink only), a full bathroom, a bedroom with a king sized bed, and a loft with two queen beds. On those cold summer nights, relax by yet another gas fireplace while taking in the views of Cayuga Lake.

At the lake, take a dip in the cool waters, sun bathe on the dock, or skip rocks from the private shoreline – there’s endless ways to create memories when you’re at Blue Heron Point!
