The driveway off the road winds up alongside the house.  Inside, the living room greets you.  A built-in, gas fireplace adds the perfect ambiance for a chilly evening.

The open and bright kitchen features an eat in table for 4, stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing and serving meals.  Just off the kitchen is the formal dining area, which features gorgeous, Canandaigua Lake views.  Walk out the front door to the spacious covered porch and enjoy your morning cup of coffee, or an evening glass of wine.  On the north side of the great room two entry level bedrooms are yours to choose from, and the first-floor bath can be found here too.
