Girls Wine Weekend Getaway

Enjoyed catching up with sorority sisters & visiting the wineries. House had lots of room, beds, & everything that we needed. Just need to air out basement, little musty. Plenty of space & bathrooms. Very convenient to not have to worry about bedding & towels. Great weekend!

House wasn’t clean. Crumbs under the dining room table & around the couch. Furniture had not been dusted. Listing said bedrooms & great room had window AC. Main floor twin bedroom had NO window AC & no window screen so window couldn’t be opened….very hot. Kitchen windows are painted shut & window AC is too small to cool the open floor plan of living room, kitchen & dining room. Could only open 1 sliding door. The screen door on the patio door with picnic table was broken and sitting on the patio. Pull cord for overhead light on main floor is missing. You can’t use the overhead fan unless the overhead light is also on. The mattresses are great on all beds but the pillows need to be replaced. Very nice house but needs attention to some basic details.

Long weekend

Home has lots of space. Longer walk to water than expected, no bathroom in basement, couple fans did not work. House in front blocking the majority of the view of the lake. Water access was easy to walk into.

Graduation

Wells Graduation! house was fine but only 3 bedrooms. Had to put 5 downstairs and no bathroom or privacy for those 5. Downstairs would be good for kids but a little uncomfortable for adults

Wonderful Easter Getaway
This house was perfect for our little Easter Getaway. The downstairs is perfect for Kids! Especially Pre-teens They have there own space. Plus there is plenty of room in the yard to kick or throw a ball around. The Kitchen has plenty of space to store everything you need for an Easter Buffet. The Beds and couches were very comfortable. And the back porch is perfect for hanging out and playing cards. They also have a larger dining room than what is shown which is a nice. All and I all I would Highly recommend

Spacious home at a reasonable price
All in all this meet our needs very well. Here are several pros and one con. On the pro side: Good access to the lake; 2 Kayaks; Clean and well maintained; Quiet; Good for families; Well equipped with dishes and utensils; nearby high school with running track and good tennis courts. The one negative for us (probably not for everyone) is that internet access is weak, slow, and inconsistent. As a multi-generation group we had employed young people with us who needed to check in and do a little work during our visit. The solution was the Seneca Falls library about 10 miles away. If you don't need internet access, this is a great place!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home with lots of room to spread out. Kitchen was perfect size for our family of 8. Very nice outdoor deck. There is a large home in front of this home so view of the lake from the deck was somewhat obscured. The firepit is great for toasting s'mores. Bedrooms were nice size and the beds were extremely comfortable. There was no screen in one of the windows in the master bedroom so couldn't open the window at night. The screen on the patio door is ripped, needs replacement. The personal touches made our stay very homey. All in all great home to stay while visiting wineries or boating.

Perfect Getaway

Holiday Cove was the perfect getaway for my friends and me this 4th of July! While the house looks small from the outside, it is very spacious inside with plenty of beds in addition to plenty of space in the kitchen for cooking. We had an amazing weekend and easily got the help we needed when calling the office. Only thing I would change is that the dock was not cleaned off prior to our stay, so definitely pack flip flops :)

Great location in the cove. Nice shallow sandy water. House is set back from the water so it's a bit of a walk. It wasn't a problem for our family. Neighbors were super friendly and helpful!

My friends and I had an incredible weekend staying at Holiday Cove for the 4th of July! The bedroom setup is perfect, the house is spacious for a large group, and the extra amenities like both decks, the fire pit and the dock were just what we needed to have an amazing trip! We would definitely work with Finger Lakes Premier Properties for a future trip.

We had such a fantastic time at our rental. The home was even better than we had initially thought. It had plenty of room for 8 adults and 4 young children.
