Inside Honoco Happiness, the main home accommodates a group of four guests while the boat house sleeps an additional four.  Recently renovated, the main home is decorated with shades of blues and whites throughout.  The open kitchen and living area have lake facing windows.  Enjoy watching the waves of Cayuga Lake in the distance as your make meals and enjoy time with friends and family.  A lake facing screened in porch is likely to be your groups favorite spot of the house.  Enjoy your morning cup of coffee while the birds chirp, or your evening glass of wine while the sun sets.

Outside, a privacy fence boarders the property.  The grounds feature a level lawn for playing outdoor games brought from home, and 50 feet of lakefront.  The lakefront offers both breakwall and natural lake frontage.  A seasonal dock is available for fishing, sunbathing or sitting and enjoying boaters pass by.
