Enjoy your next vacation at the fantastic Keuka Escape! Located on the east side of Keuka Lake, this outstanding property features a completely remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom colonial style house overlooking the lake, and a rustic 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom guest cottage on the water’s edge.

With two parking areas, unloading will breeze when you arrive for your vacation at the lake.  A small circular driveway is situated on the north side of the house, and the entry door leads directly into the kitchen.  Beautiful white cabinets and spacious granite countertops provide a bright and open location for preparing meals.  On the other side of the kitchen island is a dining table to seat 10 comfortably, so serving meals is convenient and easy.  At the back of the kitchen is a full bathroom, with a shower/tub combo, that leads into the laundry room in the rear of the house.

Going through the dining room you’ll find three sitting areas on the first floor, each with an abundance of comfortable furniture for lounging and enjoying great views of the lake during any season.  A bedroom with a full-size bed is also located on the first floor with direct access to the first-floor bathroom through the laundry room.

A staircase off the living room leads up to the second floor sleeping accommodations.  Directly to the right of the staircase you’ll find an adorable chalkboard decorated hallway leading to a queen bedroom and full bathroom with a shower and separate clawfoot bathtub.  An additional bedroom with a queen bed is located off the south side of the house, and the spacious master bedroom facing the lake offers both a king and twin-size bed. 

Back on the first floor you can easily access a spacious deck through the living room. Outside you will find quality resin furniture for lounging and a table and chairs for enjoying outdoor meals cooked on the grill.  A children’s playset in the back lawn area guarantees entertainment for the little ones while relaxing on the deck.

Just across the quiet street is an additional parking area with space for 3 vehicles. The staircase leads you down to the rustic guest cottage and spacious lakefront living area.  The quaint guest cottage features a small basic kitchen, a full bathroom with a shower, a living room overlooking the covered porch and lake, and three bedrooms.  Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed, and the third bedroom features two twin beds.  Throughout the rustic space you’ll find raw wood walls and simple cottage accents.

The covered porch off the living room provides a shady area for reading or watching the children play in the water.  A seasonal dock is provided for guests’ use, as well as a variety of non-motorized watercraft.  The property is located in a quiet, protected cove with gradual water depth for wading or swimming during the warmer months.  There are two natural entries into the water, providing easy launching for kayaks or other small watercraft.

Keuka Escape is located right off the Keuka Lake Wine Trail, with Keuka Spring Winery and Ravines Wine Cellars located just a short, five-minute drive north or south.  The Olney Place, featuring a variety of deli sandwiches and salads, gourmet coffees, craft bear, artisan groceries, and gas for your boat, is only just a mile or two south of the house.  For guests seeking a unique shopping experience, the Windmill Farm and Craft Market features a variety of shops and food vendors, and is open every Saturday April -November.
