Totally renovated and brand new, with central air and central heating, Lady of the Lakes 1 is one of a 5 - Unit Lodging complex perfect for couples or small families. Inquiries can be made to rent all five units for weddings, family reunions or area events. Beautifully redecorated with a "Garden Cottage" theme, the color scheme of this unit will dazzle, yet relax you. Walk directly into the entrance way of these units and you will find a bedroom on each side of the hall. Bedrooms are furnished with brand new mattresses, comfortable pillows, dressers, large closets and a bedside table with a reading lamp. From the hallway you will have a view of the lake through the picture glass window in the living room. The open living room/dining room/kitchen space is fresh, modern and inviting. Sleeper sofa and comfy sitting chair invite you to snuggle up and read, watch TV, or enjoy an evening cup of coffee. The dining set sits 4 and fits well within the open kitchen. Kitchen appliances are all new and modern. Enjoy the creature comforts of cooking in a well lit and well appointed kitchen. The bath has a full shower/tub with hotel-style curved shower curtain, allowing more room in the shower. There are shelves for towel storage and good overhead lighting. Out the front door you will enjoy your own covered patio with a picnic table, charcoal grill and room for the kids to play. You have several choices for outdoor eating. Eat on your patio, eat on the picnic tables under the trees in the large front lawn or head to the beach areas and enjoy cooking on the grill lakeside or pack a picnic lunch and eat at the picnic tables near the dock. This property has two beach areas that are shared by the 5 units. One lakefront area is a break wall with a grill and several picnic tables. A ladder off the break wall and gradual incline into the lake make this ideal for wading or pre or post meal play. The other beach to the right side of the units has a dock with boat cleats and a ladder for easy egress out of the water. Enjoy fires at the fire pit, bring lawn chairs to watch the boats go by or water rafts to float away a few hours in the lake! This is a fabulous location for couples looking to get away or for large groups traveling together. Easy access for cyclists, hikers, boaters, or family reunions! We were extremely pleased at the cleanliness and how well groomed the grounds looked. Lady of the Lakes is well positioned geographically to visit Penn Yan, Hammondsport and Seneca especially Geneva. If you want to rent water crafts, the marina is walking distance. Lastly price is set reasonably. I hope I just did not cause to many reservations because of my review so I cannot get my families time later this year!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Lady on the Lake! The property was very clean and the kitchen was thoroughly stocked! We enjoyed the quiet, serene view of the lake from the back deck! We look forward to staying here again!

Stunning- we understood the allure of the area in the summer, but the early spring off season is a wonderful secret. The area was peaceful, and the dearth of other visitors this time of year let us take advantage of some of the fabulous restaurants (Union Block Italian was particularly noteworthy) with no wait or crowding. The solitude and beauty of the lake, though, coupled with the extremely comfortable and well-apportioned rental made it equally tempting to stay in and cook, then enjoy the meal with our friends while looking out over the water after a late snowstorm, and the sunrises.

Internet a little finicky, and only two at a time can be on it. Very nice TV. Didn't use DVD. Board games provided. Huge game board trays came in very handy. Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board provided. Porch railing dividers can easily be removed if renting more than one suite. Love the firepit area. Having stairs lit makes it easy to use at night. They really have thought of just about everything a vacationer would want or need. Both thumbs up!
