To access your private beach & docks, simply walk down the 15 stairs that crosses a quiet residential road and descend an additional staircase to the waterfront. This property provides a quiet relaxing spot to spend your next Keuka Lake vacation.

Located in the "Coolest Small Town in America," Hammondsport, NY! *Vehicle Parking: 2 to the far north of the cottage on the road. The staircase to the house is directly in front of the cottage, to the south of the parking area.
Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.
Note: Smoking is not allowed in any rental property.
