Mariner’s Cove on the east side of Seneca Lake has everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation!  As you enter through the side door, just up three steps is a small foyer with a washer and dryer, convenient for dealing with clothing, towels and linens after lively days of water sports, hiking and touring the area. Off the hallway to the left after passing through the utility room is a half-bath – another convenience when you have a house full of family and friends.

On the other side of the foyer is a spacious, open kitchen, with the dining room adjacent to it for easy access. Through the dining room is the comfortable living room, facing the lake for breathtaking views all day and evening. Another great feature is the sitting room, also facing the lake, with a bay window and comfy wicker chairs, ideal for taking in the lake views, sunsets and stargazing. From here, a set of stairs leads up to second floor, where sleeping accommodations are located.

The three bedrooms upstairs provide sleeping space for 7 friends and/or family members. The spacious master bedroom has a full master bath with a stand-alone shower and tub - the tub is a contemporary oval shape, as well as its own elegant sitting room attached to it, overlooking the lake and furnished in white wicker, complete with cozy rocking chairs. The queen bed is made for restful nights, and a ceiling fan keeps the sleeping area comfortable during the warmer months.

The second bedroom has both a queen size bed and a twin bed, with a ceiling fan overhead to enhance comfort. A queen bed, ceiling fan and a television are features of the third bedroom.

There is also a full bath with tub/shower combination on the second floor, just off the hallway.

Mariner’s Cove sits on a level lot with a permanent dock, providing easy access to the water for sunbathing, boating, swimming and other water sports. The patio includes wicker chairs for hanging out while enjoying the view or watching the lakefront activities.
