A ten-minute drive just south of downtown Geneva and located on the grounds of Rose Hill Mansion, this three-bedroom one-bath home offers a one-of-a-kind experience.  A large yard with views of historic buildings and easy access to local and tourist favorites; Rose Hill Cottage is the quintessential Finger Lakes getaway.

Inside, beautiful wood flooring spans the entirety of the home.  A corner kitchen with dark wood cabinetry is just perfect for preparing your favorite meals.  Open the cupboards to find all the necessary cooking and baking ware available to make you feel at home during your getaway.

The living and dining areas share a cozy space in the central area of Rose Hill Cottage.  Neutral colors embrace this area, bringing a sense of comfort and relaxation to the room. 

Off the living area, three bedrooms are yours to choose from.  A private room with a queen, or choose one of two with a single bed and rest before your next day of Finger Lakes fun.  Completing the floor plan is a full bath with stand-up shower.  The cottage is handicapped accessible.

Outside, a large yard is perfect for an afternoon picnic, or bring your favorite yard games from home and enjoy the day outside.  Have your morning cup of coffee out on the picnic table or toast the evening with your favorite glass of Finger Lakes wine while planning tomorrow’s adventures.

Fun and opportunity are everywhere you look!  Experience a taste of life on a 19th-century farm estate when you visit Rose Hill Mansion.   Once the center of a busy and productive farm, the house and gift shop are open seasonally for guided tours.   Adventures are plenty whether you’re attending an event at the Women’s Rights National Historical Park in Seneca Falls, attending a graduation at Hobart and William Smith Colleges or visiting the local wineries and micro-breweries in the area.  Don’t forget to take your new favorite bottle of wine, or growler of beer home with you.  The Spray Park in the Seneca Lake State Park is perfect for a hot afternoon.  Stroll up and down the park’s walking trail and soaking up the view of Seneca Lake.  Many attractions are within a 15-minute drive. 

This property is closely monitored for responsible renting and must abide by the Town of Fayette Rental Guidelines.  Rose Hill Cottage adheres to strict occupancy policies.  Parties, events and unregistered guests are prohibited.

Rose Hill Cottage resides next to Rose Hill Mansion.  Guests are asked to refrain from running in parking areas and to be safe around the pond area.
