Description
Kick back and relax at this charming, colonial style farmhouse on Cayuga Lake! With an abundance of outdoor living space, this adorable property is suitable for families of all ages. 

A paved driveway off the main road leads directly to the main entry door. An open dining area greets you, with stylish laminate wood floors, seating for six, and a wall air conditioning unit for your comfort on hot summer days. The country style, eat-in kitchen offers plenty of counter space for preparing meals and a table that seats four. Perfect location for a game of cards in the evening! 

Walk through the dining room to the lovely, lakeview sun room with casual seating for five. This room leads out to a spacious deck with comfortable outdoor patio furniture for outdoor meals. The south side of the property features a small bedroom with queen size bed and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, commode, and small vanity. 

The living room in the rear of the cottage is a perfect gathering spot! The charming, wood fireplace gives it a romantic atmosphere. Entertain children on a rainy day or watch an evening movie on the sofa! The staircase leads to an air conditioned, second floor bedroom perfectly laid out with a queen and two singles. 

Walk across the yard to a short staircase and sloping path that leads down to the lakefront. A small level knoll above the beach is perfect for outdoor lounging or a campfire overlooking the water. A new permanent dock awaits you at the water’s edge and the water depth is gradual and easy to access.

Tranquility Base is located only 1 mile north of the beautiful lake front village of Aurora, ideal for guests attending weddings at the Aurora Inn!  For those looking for unique shopping experiences, just down the street is the world renowned ceramics maker MacKenzie-Childs, as well as several award-winning Cayuga Lake wineries and eateries.
