The shared lakefront features good swimming and a lake bottom that is rocky; with a small shale beach for wading in. Two shared docks are available for your use. Wonderful home

Very clean and cozy only thing is the driveway is very slim and steep with I was more prepared for that it was a shock.

Had a great stay at Wakiva Esperanza with my family including my elderly mother. Was nice to have a bedroom and shower on first floor for her. Overall very clean—only a few minor shower spots. Everything worked!! Very beautiful setting. Lake site stunning. Dog friendly though we didn’t bring our dogs and wouldn’t have known that other dogs had been there. Would definitely go back!

Great girls weekend

Property was just as stated. Roomy and had everything we needed. Beautiful beach and view. Access to kayaks, which was fantastic! Property manager was easily accessible, very friendly, and helpful with anything we needed! Would absolutely recommend. House is also very central to several small towns and wineries which was a big plus.

Great views

Wonderful views from the deck. Enjoyed coffee each morning from the deck. Well stocked kitchen and hot tub was nice after a day of exploring. The neighboring Aussie was a bonus! Would recommend!

This property sits in a beautiful, serene setting and is very relaxing and enjoyable. The lake front area is exceptionally well developed and allows for the entire family to enjoy lake front activities and relaxing around the fire pit. There are so many water toys and other amenities available to use that there is never a dull moment. The owners, who live next door, are very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great vacation, the house was what we expected, the neighbors were friendly and helpful, the beach area has a firepit that we enjoyed and the lake itself was so peaceful, Great areas to walk. A lot of nice wineries and places of interest close by. We highly recommend this place.

Cozy vacation home

My family (consisting of me, my husband, two active boys and two dogs) thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house was so clean and comfortable. The lake access was so convenient. The hot tub felt great after a long day of hiking and playing. It was our first time visiting the area and the owners, Lynda and Rolf were a great wealth of knowledge on what to see and where to go! We spent time fishing off the dock, kayaking, hiking and playing basketball at the house. Spent time exploring Penn Yan, Watkins Glen and Naples, all a short drive away. Keuka Lake State Park is in walking distance from Wakiva Esperanza and was the cleanest state park with awesome trails and a great playground. I would definitely recommend!

October 2017 Stay

Had a wonderful stay at Wakiva Esperanza. It was my first trip to Keuka. Will not be my last. House was just as described in the listing. Hot tub was great. We even went for a night time swim in October! Rolf and Lynda were very nice and showed us how to use the tram to get down to the lake. We brought our boat and were able to launch at the state park. Also able to park the truck and trailer there for the weekend. Very convenient. The driveway is very steep but both of our cars were able to get out. Everyone had a great weekend. Thanks again!
